We did it! Four weeks, countless hours of reflection, and #springequinoxdetox has come to an end. I am so grateful for giving myself this opportunity, and for everyone’s support during my journey!
My main goal for my project was to reconnect with and to those “things” which make me feel like, well, me. Brittany. Britt. BEE. Wifey. Mama. All of the above. And through a careful examination of the various aspects of my life, from as grand as “what’s the point to all of this?” to the seemingly insignificant such as “should I eat this cracker?” I’ve shed habit for the sake of habit, ritual for the sake of ritual, and instead am aware of purpose and am allowing Love to guide me through all. Seems rather abstract, yes, but I know what the hell I’m talking about and that was the whole point to this 🙂
